These terms govern your use of blackriverent.com (the “Site”), operated by Black River Entertainment (“Black River”). By accessing or using the Site, you consent to abide by these terms and all applicable laws. Black River reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Lawful use

Users may access and save Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. Duplication, downloading, publication, modification, or distribution of Site materials is prohibited unless expressly authorized — with the exception of reviewing event details and purchasing tickets or merchandise for personal use. Black River reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including artwork, photography, music metadata, lyrics excerpts, editorial, logos, button icons, images, and software — is the property of Black River Entertainment or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright law. The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Black River.

Permitted use is limited to personal, non-commercial review and shopping purposes. Reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or public performance of Site content for any other purpose is forbidden without prior written consent.

User submissions

If you submit demos, songs, photos, or other materials to Black River (through email or any submission form), you represent that you own or control the rights and grant us a non-exclusive license to evaluate the material for our internal A&R, publishing, or licensing purposes. We are under no obligation to use, return, or compensate for unsolicited submissions.

Shop purchases

Purchases through our shop are governed by the Shopify and Shop Pay terms applicable at checkout, in addition to Black River's order and return policies provided at the point of purchase.

Disclaimers and liability

Use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site operates “as available” without express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, uninterrupted service, or specific performance outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black River disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Black River will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits — arising from any cause, including technical failures, errors, or unauthorized access.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
